Senior Web/Mobile Software Engineer

You have 6 or more years of experience with a mix of full-stack web and mobile development.
You have depth in multiple of: Ruby, JavaScript, React/Redux/ReactNative, Android/Java.
You have delivered systems with heavy or noisy scaling needs.
You have supported production systems.
You own projects to completion and are comfortable making the necessary difficult decisions.
You can lead teams of highly skilled developers.
You work in tight collaboration on a cross-functional team of developers, designers and product
managers.
You mentor others and seek out mentoring for yourself.
You think holistically about project needs, not just about the code.
You understand developing great products is a continuous trade-off between building the right thing
and building the thing right.
You test by default and enjoy doing so.
You’re excited to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
You take responsibility (even when no one asks) and learn from feedback.
You can dive deep into complex areas of code, and also explain logic to business stakeholders in an
